Aare started his career in mining industry and continued with complex renewable energy projects. Then Aare led a big team of engineers with various specialities designing mission critical facilities around the world. At the moment Aare is the CTO of an electronics company.

HS started his career in mining industry. Since 2013, HS has designed data centers, hopsitals, manufacturing buildings, and even cannabis farms in an international design and engineering company.

Marius Kärner

Marius started as an engineer in a global group creating cost-effective automated packaging solutions for the wire & cabling industries. Then he continued at Ericsson as the designer of electronics test robots. Today, Marius is the manager of mechanical design at Ericsson.

Mihkel started his engineering career in a tractor trailer manufacturing company. Then he worked in a forestry equipment manufacturing company as the sales director. Recently, he did set up the production of an electronics manufacturing company.
